Cerebral Palsy Alliance (CPA) is a ground-breaking, global centre of expertise for cerebral palsy research, advocacy, intervention and assistive technology innovation. Our vision is a world of opportunity for people with cerebral palsy and similar disabilities and their families and our mission is to deliver world class services, community advocacy and policy influence, training, global research and the advancement of enabling technology. The organisation currently provides services to over 6000 clients including infants, children, youth and adults in NSW/ACT. CPA is strongly invested in regional/ rural NSW and has dedicated Therapy centres in Dubbo, Orange, Nowra, Wagga Wagga, Port Macquarie and Alstonville. These centres are connected to a network of 17 therapy sites in NSW/ACT and this community of 160 therapists is made up of Occupational therapists, Physiotherapists, Speech Pathologists, Exercise Physiologists and Behaviour Support Specialists.

Gippsland Lakes Complete Health (GLCH) is a high-profile health service provider to the population of 43,000 in East Gippsland. The organisation is noted for its extensive range of health and community services, its ability to relate to and provide services to the most disadvantaged members of the community, and its capacity for championing the social model of health. GLCH values and promotes excellence of service and prides itself on delivering coordinated and accessible health services and health promotion programs. There is a focus on the health of populations, as well as the health of individuals. GLCH’s service sites are in Lakes Entrance, Bairnsdale, Bruthen, Metung, Paynesville and Nowa Nowa. Outreach services are provided throughout East Gippsland through its network of partnerships, extensive travel, use of information technology, and its commitment to providing an extensive service reach. GLCH’s partnerships with Aboriginal controlled organisations are particularly strong. It provides management, administration and outreach health services to many of these organisations in a way that builds capacity and empowers their Boards and communities.

The South West Hospital and Health Service is a rural and remote public health service committed to providing quality, dependable, safe and sustainable healthcare. South West Hospital and Health Service’s Allied Health Team provide person-centred care to all consumers across the South West region. Our clinicians also dedicate time clinical education and support to pre-entry students to facilitate their readiness to enter the workforce. South West HHS Allied Health service encompasses a broad range of professions including Allied Health Assistants, Exercise Physiology, Nutrition and Dietetics, Occupational Therapy, Podiatry, Physiotherapy, Psychology, Social Work, Speech Pathology. Our team is based in our three hub sites in Roma, St George and Charleville covering communities across the South West HHS in an outreach model.

East Wimmera Health Service (EWHS) is a fully accredited small rural public health service across five campuses encompassing the townships of Birchip, Donald, Charlton, St Arnaud & Wycheproof in the Buloke and Northern Grampians Shires in North Western Victoria. EWHS provides acute, aged care, community and primary healthcare services to an approximate population of 10,000 people.

Active Performance is a team of dedicated Allied Health Professionals who empower their clients to lead healthier and happier lives by providing holistic and creative health care in a culturally appropriate way. The Active Performance team currently services Far North Queensland, Cape York and East Arnhem Land. 

Corryong Health provides a comprehensive range of healthcare services to all people, at all stages of life, contributing to a strong, viable community through professional, trustworthy health services. Corryong Health supports to grow capacity of the local community and ability to connect and inform people.

Dundaloo Allied Health is a team of Psychologists, Speech Pathologists, and Occupational Therapy on the mid north coast of NSW. Dundaloo Allied Health professionals work with a wide range of individual needs including paediatric services and disability. Dundaloo Allied Health is a section of Dundaloo Support Services who provide support to people with disability in accommodation and day services.

The Australasian College of Paramedic Practitioners (ACPP) is the peak body representing Paramedic Practitioners, and Paramedics with primary healthcare skills. ACPP intends to create employment pathways for these specialist Paramedics to practice, not just in ambulance services, but within multidisciplinary teams and in a variety of healthcare settings.Paramedics are nationally regulated by the Paramedic Board of Australia for the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency. Paramedics must complete a minimum of 30 hours of continuing professional development each year. ACPP members must be registered paramedics with post graduate qualifications in primary healthcare.
